About Book

"Computer aided design is a significant industrial art that is widely applied in a variety of fields, including the automobile, shipbuilding, and aerospace sectors, industrial and architectural design, and prosthetics. Additionally, CAD is often used to create computer animation for special effects in films, advertising, and technical manuals, a process that is frequently referred to as DCC digital content development. Due to the pervasiveness and capability of computers in the present day, even perfume bottles and shampoo dispensers are constructed utilising approaches previously unimaginable to engineers in the 1960s. Due of its tremendous economic significance, CAD has been a key catalyst for research in computational geometry, computer graphics (both hardware and software), and discrete differential geometry. CAD has also been shown to be beneficial to engineers. Through the use of four properties: history, features, parameterization, and high-level restrictions. The building history may be utilised to delve further into the model's unique characteristics and focus on a specific section rather than the entire model. The size, form, and other attributes of the various modelling pieces may be determined using parameters and constraints. The CAD system's characteristics may be utilised to generate a range of measuring instruments, including those for tensile strength, yield strength, electrical, and electromagnetic properties. Additionally, the element's stress, strain, and timing, as well as how the element reacts to specific temperatures, are all included.

This book elucidates new techniques and their applications in a multidisciplinary approach. It talks in detail about the various uses and methods of computer aided design and engineering. It deals with design of human-computer interfaces, control structure with stability constraint, complex-systems design methodology, multi-scale computer aided design and computer-aided biosensor design. It also sheds light on recent computer-aided design techniques, design for mechatronics system and microwave-photonics based rf circuits and systems.  The aim of this book is to provide this complex subject in an easy to understand and student friendly manner. The topics included in this book on information and computer aided design are of utmost significance and bound to provide incredible insights to readers. With practical examples and step-by step guides, this book is essential reading for students of design and construction, from undergraduate level onwards.
